The policies in this unit pertain to the Operation of the Trusts Arena and all the event activities. The event coordination is the key interface between The Trusts Arena and the client and plays a vital role in the successful and safe delivery of an event.

Staging events is the key business activity of The Trusts Arena. With the highest visibility for and the biggest annual financial impact on the business, management of these events are critical to the success of The Trusts Arena.

This course provides the guidelines for managing event from the first touch point until the end of the event.
