The purpose of this course is to provide proper procedures to deal with bomb threats and any other emergency situations. Anyone in the organization can be the receiver of these threaten calls /suspicious parcel and thererfore need to be aware of what to do and what information needs to be gathered from the caller.

NB: All 111 calls to Emergency Service (Police, Fire Service and St John Ambulance) must clearly provide the following information:

1. What the issue is

2. The Key contact involved

3. Precise location for Emergency Services to meet Key contact
