Arena Fitness & Boxing uses GymMaster as member management software. All prospects and members are entered in GymMaster. Membership sales and merchandise sales are all entered in GymMaster.

All memberships, prospects and products available for sale at Arena Fitness & Boxing.

Key Points

All the Arena Fitness & Boxing staff will be trained and have a good understanding of:

How to use GymMaster schedule (available time; bookings);

How to enter a prospect;

How to enter a member (details, bank details) and membership;

How to add notes / communication;

How to add a Stop at Gate;

How to enter a payment received for a membership;

What to do when GymMaster is showing an Overdue Payment for a member;

How to enter / remove a Stop at Gate for a member;

How to use the Task Bar.

All prices are set with one price for everyone – prices cannot be discounted without authorization from the Gym Manager.

When a gym member purchases an item, the product must be put through their gym membership.

When a non-member purchases an item the product must be put directly through the merchandise button as a casual sale.

All stock will be counted on a monthly basis.
